Chocolate cake
A simple chocolate cake for tea. Sample recipe to try the site.

Ingredients
- 200 g wheat flour
- 200 g sugar
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
Steps
- Heat the oven to 180°C and grease a tin.
- Beat the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time.
- Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Alternate with the milk.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool before turning out.
